My passion is to help women find their truth, connect to their soul and step into that beautiful divine femininity within them so they can achieve their deepest desires!

I'VE BEEN ON THIS JOURNEY FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW AND IT'S NOT UNTIL I STOPPED TO MEET MY SOUL, LISTEN TO ITS WHISPERS & GUIDANCE THAT THINGS STARTED CHANGING AND ALIGNING WITH MY DEEPEST DESIRES!

I needed to get quiet and completely honest with myself about the life I was living and the 'shoulds' that were running my life.

I started using tools & modalities and incorporating healthy practices & rituals that embody a feminine approach. I let my being inspire my doing and let my intuition lead.

I am a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser. I spent most of my life hiding behind labels and masks so I didn’t have to deal with the hurt and the pain of loss and abandonment.

I minimized myself because I didn’t trust and believe in who I was.

I abandoned and rejected myself every step of the way without realizing it.

It took me 40 years to learn all of this!

AND NOW I WANT TO TEACH YOU TO DO THE SAME!
