Hey, I'm Rachel Benton

My passion is to help women grow and remove their limitations so they can have the confidence they need to go after their dreams!

I WENT FROM LOST, OVERWHELMED AND UNFULFILLED IN MY CORPORATE JOB TO A SUCCESSFUL, THRIVING ENTREPRENEUR.

Now this didn’t happen overnight. I had to break up with many versions of myself before getting here. And my certification as a Heal Your Life Teacher and Life Coach has certainly been instrumental in my transformation.

I had to do the work before I could teach it and it’s using the tools and incorporating healthy practices that has helped me get here.

I am a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser. I spent most of my life hiding behind labels and masks so I didn’t have to deal with the hurt and the pain of loss and abandonment.

I minimized myself because I didn’t trust and believe in who I was.

It took me almost 40 years to get here,

but now that I have there is no going back.

AND NOW I WANT TO TEACH YOU TO DO THE SAME, BREAK UP WITH YOURSELF AND HAVE A HIGH LEVEL OF AWARENESS AND POWER IN YOUR OWN LIFE.

THE POWER OF YOU is a cumulation of my certification as a heal your life teacher and coach, my certification in embodiment and years of experiences in the personal development world and looking within to remove the limitations and releasing what no longer served me.

I’ve been guiding women through private coaching and online programs for a few years now and cannot wait to guide you on your journey.
